Lasombra

The Lasombra are the 'politicians' of the Sabbat. They also hve statues of great power, kind of like the Ventrue do in the Camarilla. They make the whole machine work. A nontheless important ability of theirs is to animate shadows around themselves and, unfortunately for certain people or vempires, not from the calm ones.

Nickname: Keepers

Sect: All Lasombra joined the Sabbat apart form a few elders.

Appearance: Many Lasombra of elder generations hail from Spanish or Italian Stock, and some still show their Moorish or Berber heritage. Almost all Lasombra are reasnably attractive, with well-bred, aristocratic features.

Haven: Many Lasombra keep private havens and sleep their with the pack. Old habits die hard, though: certain elders maintainancestral mansions or other ostetatious havens.

Clan Disciplines: Dominate, Obtenebration, Potence

Weakness: Lasombra cast no refletions. They cannot be seen in mirrors, water, reflective windows, photographs, security cameras, etc. This applies to their clothes and everything they carry. Additionally, due to their penchant for darkness, they take extra damage from sunlight.

Quote: Shadows? Hah! I wield Darkness itself, not mere shadows! Tell me - could a shadow do this?

Stereotypes Nosferatu
Useful as allies on the wall when you need them, but Nosferatu tend to draw too many flies themselves.
Assamite
Useful tools, though a bit too... independent of late.
Ravnos
Rather than dealt with them directly, it's best to goad them somewhere else and let whoever dwells there address the probklem.
Brujah
Their fiery passion, once harvested, makes a wonderful means through which to use them toward own words.
Toreador
They posses the most tortured of unlives, and devious minds often lurk under their flightly facades.
Followers of Set
Hmm..How best to keep them in Egypt?
Tremere
Inelegant, yet effective in their own way. Their continued existence certainly keeps the Fiends' attentions constructively channeled.
Gangrel
Easily excited; terrible, monstruous foes. Agitate them and turn them loose on your enemies.
Tzimisce
Valorous allies and venomous rivals, often simultaneously.
Giovanni
The tree that does not branch hides root within.
Ventrue
Their potential is dissipated by their weakness. They squander their curse by lurking among mortals.
Malkavian
Madness sometimes offers insight, but usually simply obstructs those who would glean in benefit.
Caitiff
I find it unimaginable that any of these survive past the initial disappointment of learning what they are.

Camarilla
Acceptable, if you're talking about a kine institution. If you're a blood-sucking devil of the night, though, why hide from those upon whom you prey?
Sabbat
If it would merely listen a little better, it would almost be worth the effort we invest in it.
